Graduate Lands Aberdeen Job

Marta Stawska graduated from Robert Gordon University at 10.30am on Tuesday 12th July with a BSc (Hons) in Forensic and Analytical Science.

Marta StawskaMarta (24), originally from Poland, had always dreamed of living in Scotland and moved to the city four years ago after being accepted to study at Robert Gordon University. Marta and her fiancé have not been disappointed and are now very much committed to the city, particularly since Marta has landed a job with local company Nalco.

Marta said, "The course at RGU really prepared me for working life. Placements in Aberdeen with the Marine Laboratory, Forensic Laboratory and crime scene investigation with the police all helped to provide practical experience that I could transfer to other employers."

Just after she completed her final year studies she applied to Nalco and starts her full-time employment with the company on 25 July where she will be applying the laboratory skills she learnt while at university.
