Language Requirements:
For students who do not undertake German modules, no knowledge of German is required. However, ZHAW does offer a range of free German courses for any interested students. The recommended level of English knowledge is B2.

Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at ZHAW will be nominated by RGU. Nominated students will then need to complete the ZHAW application form and select their courses. 

RGU requires students to have a completed Learning Agreement in place which will need to be signed by both the student, ZHAW and RGU.

ZHAW does reserve several rooms for exchange students, however places are limited so early application is encouraged. 

Average cost of rent per month

Between 600 and 750 CHF (Swiss Franks).
