Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at the Universitat Stuttgart will be nominated by RGU. Nominated students will then recieve a link to the Mobility Online Portal where they should register and submit the following documents: A Transcript of Records, A Passport Sized Photo and a fully completed and signed Learning Agreement. 

After completing their registration via the Mobility-Online platform, students should apply for admission as a non-degree program student via the web-based application system C@MPUS.

Once the Universitat Stuttgart has received the application, they will contact the student to let them know whether or not they have been successful.

Accommodation provided

Due to the volume of Erasmus students coming to the Universitat Stuttgart, the university is unable to provide accommodation. Students are advised to make their own arrangements.

Average cost of rent per month

Between € 220,- and € 480,-

Items provided in University accommodation

Depends on the residence, but students can expect to find a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, etc. Generally bed linen and blankets are not provided, nor is crockery.

Laundry facilities in the residences

Depends on the residence.

Cooking facilities or meals provided

Depends on the residence, generally cooking facilities are provided.

Number of students sharing bathroom

Depends on the residence.

Mixed gender bathrooms

Cleaning service and how frequent

Depends on the residence, generally only common areas will be cleaned in student residences.
