Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at Lund Universtiy will be nominated by RGU. Nominated students will then be able to apply directly to Lund University using their online application system. Nominated students will be sent the link needed to apply by email. 

Student's should follow the instructions to complete the online application for study and for accommodation. It is likely they will need to submit some or all of the following; A transcript of Records, A proof of English competency (if a non-native speaker), A motivation Letter, A photo, etc.

Once received Lund will evaluate the application and issue an acceptance letter if the student meets the admission requirements. It is important that the student prints this letter when they receive it as they will need to show it when they arrive at Lund University.

Some accommodation is provided by Lund University for exchange students.

Between 2000 and 4500 SEK depending on the type of room.

Depends on the residence, Lund University offers a wide range of rooms. Most rooms have a private toilet and shower, though these facilities are shared in some buildings. All kitchen facilities are shared. Most rooms include a bed, side-table, desk, chair, storage space, etc.
