Language Requirements:
In order to be accepted onto German courses, students need to prove a minimum level of B1 in the German Language. There is no requirement to prove English language competency.

Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at EUFH will be nominated by RGU. Nominated students will then be able to apply. 

To apply, the EUFH require the following documents:

  1. Application Form (completed online, then printed and signed by the student)
  2. A photo uploaded withe the application form
  3. Nomination letter (completed, printed and signed by RGU)
  4. Copy of your passport/identity card
  5. Learning Agreement with course selection
  6. Current Transcript of Records
  7. Proof of valid health insurance, e.g the EHIC

These should then be sent in the above order and in one document to

Accommodation provided

Accommodation is not provided by EUFH. Most international students in Germany prefer to live in shared private flats. The International office at EUFH can help advise in finding accommodation.

Average cost of rent per month

Between € 250,- and € 500,-  Living in Brühl is generally a bit less expensive than living in Cologne or Bonn.

Items provided in University accommodation

Depends on the residence. In Germany this can vary between nothing, and fully equipped. So it is important that students check what kind of items are available before renting a room or flat.

Laundry facilities in the residences

Cooking facilities or meals provided

Number of students sharing bathroom
