Language Requirements: In order to be accepted, students are advised to have a level C1 in English. DMJX will need proof of language ability if the student is not a native English speaker.

Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at DMJX will be nominated by RGU. Nominated students will then be able to apply through the online application portal.

Once the student has completed their online application, they will receive an email with further details on the application process by email from DMJX directly. Students will be asked to submit additional documentation via email to DMJX after they have applied, including; A transcript of records, A completed and signed Learning Agreement, A motivation letter, etc.

Around 3 weeks after the application deadline students will receive email confirmation from DMJX as to whether or not they have been accepted.

Accommodation provided

DMJX will provide student accommodation for incoming exchange students. This option is included in the application form.

Average cost of rent per month

Between 2500 - 5000 DKK

Items provided in University accommodation

Depends on the residence, but rooms are furnished with basic furniture (bed, desk, chair, etc). Students are expected to provide their own kitchen utensils.

Cooking facilities provided. Students can also buy hot meals on campus. 

Number of students sharing bathroom

Almost all students have their own bathroom, in some rare cases a bathroom might be shared between two students.
