Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at Aarhus University (AU) will be nominated by RGU.  Nominated students will then be able to apply using AU's online system. The online application form also includes the application for housing.

Students will be asked to attach supporting documentation to their application, including; A Transcript of Records, Copy of ID/Passport and a signed and completed Learning Agreement.

If the student is accepted to Aarhus University, the International Center will send a Welcome e-mail including information and further instructions on how to proceed with their stay in Aarhus.

The International Centre has a housing department through which exchange students can apply for housing.

Students must fill out the housing section included in the online application form.

Average cost of rent per month

Between 2000 and 5000 DKK.

Items provided in University accommodation

Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment. Rooms are furnished with a bed and desk.
