Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at Aarhus University (AU) will be nominated by RGU.  Nominated students must fill in an application in AU's online system. Please be aware that only applications submitted online are processed and that paper based applications are not accepted. The online application form also includes the application for housing.

In order to apply to AU, students will need to create an account on the online system, before completing the application form. Students will be asked to upload their transcript of records with the application which must be in English. If the transcript of records is not attached, AU cannot process the application.

Once the students application has been completed, RGU will need to confirm the students nomination before the application can be submitted - this will be done by AU.

If the student is accepted to Aarhus University, the International Center will send a Welcome e-mail including information and further instructions on how to proceed with the stay in Aarhus.
