Registration Procedures at RGU
Incoming exchange students must complete and submit an Application form and a Learning Agreement to apply for a study period at RGU.
- 01 June for students arriving in Semester 1
- 01 November for students arriving in Semester 2
Applications can only be submitted online. Students need to upload a fully completed and signed Learning Agreement, letter of motivation, transcript of records and recent photograph before the application can be submitted. Other documentation may be required, depending on which academic school you are applying to. Further information is provided in the online portal.
Once a student’s application has been accepted and processed, the student will receive an email from us. This email will include the student's reference number which will allow them to apply for accommodation online at www.rgu.ac.uk/roomonline. Students will not be able to apply for accommodation until they have received this email.
All Erasmus students are expected to have a level of competence in English to allow them to attend lectures, undertake course-work and examinations, both oral and written.
Students with non-EU nationality
