Erasmus Work Placement Students

In order to apply for an Erasmus work placement either at RGU or arranged by RGU, you must complete an online application form and a Learning Agreement.

To apply, please complete our Online Application form (Firefox only). Please note that you will have to complete the Registration before you can apply, this can be found on the right hand side of the Online Application form page.

Once you have clicked on “submit”, your application will automatically be submitted to the Study Abroad Team – you will also be able to download a pdf copy of the form so that you have a record of what you have submitted.  You should receive an automated email to confirm receipt - this will come from the software we use, MoveON, so check your junk mail.

Please note applications will not be considered without the required enclosures, including the Associate Student Registration Form.  Applications should be submitted at least 6 weeks before your work placement is due to start.
