Anita is a lecturer in Economics & International Business Management and Course Leader for MBA Oil and Gas Management.

She is the Module Coordinator for Oil and gas Economics and engages in the supervision of Consultancy assignments.

Anita is an alumnus of RGU having secured MSc with a distinction. She has a PhD in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India.

She has extensive experience in various Management Consultancy assignments with TATAs where she worked as a specialist or Project Lead. These assignments involved economic and financial studies including Social Cost Benefit Analysis and Input Output Analysis for several large scale projects. Most of the projects were funded by JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation), World Bank and Asian Development Bank. 

Anita has served at managerial positions in different areas of Human Resource Management including Communication & Press Relations, Learning & Development, International Mobility, Resourcing & Talent Management, Diversity & Women Network. 

She has worked in the field of Reward Management as a Specialist and Business Partner with Weatherford, Petrofac and TechnipFMC at Aberdeen UK. She has wide experience in Reward based market research & development, design & amendment of compensation & benefit strategies and policies.

Anita is an Associate Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Duties and Responsibilities

Anita is the Cohort Tutor for MSc Management and MSc International Business Management.  She is the Module Coordinator for Oil and Gas Economics. She teaches Economics, Quantitative Methods and International Business Management.

 

Anita is a lecturer in Economics and International Business Management.

Anita has extensive experience in several Consultancy assignments where she worked as a specialist or Project Lead. Most of the projects were funded by JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation), World Bank and Asian Development Bank. These assignments involved Project Economic modelling, Social Cost Benefit Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Input Output Analysis, Market research and preparation of Vision documents.  

Anita has also served at managerial positions in different areas of Human Resource Management at TATAs in India. She has worked in the field of reward management and analysis of the Labour market in the Oil Sector as a Specialist and Business Partner with Weatherford, Petrofac and TechnipFMC at Aberdeen UK. 

Anita has MA in Economics and MSc in Human Resource Management achieving distinctions in both courses. She has a Phd in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur India.
