As Research Development Manager, Carolina provides strategic support and guidance to the development of large, collaborative, funding applications.  This includes advice on funding body priorities and guidelines, project costing preparation and external partner liaison.  Carolina is also the first point of contact for research impact initiatives and all activities relating to the RGU Orkney, working closely with Elsa Cox, the RGU Orkney Development Manager.
