Eduardo is an experienced Oil & Gas Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in academia, consulting, the Oil & Energy industry and more recently as a course leader for the MSc Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering course in Mexico and the MSc Petroleum Production Engineering in-house.

Eduardo is originally from Venezuela. He started his engineering education with a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering (Universidad Experimental del Táchira - Venezuela).

Progressing to expertise in Oil & Gas, specifically in Well Engineering, he has recently completed an MSc in Safety and Reliability Engineering (University of Aberdeen) and was working in the industry as a Reliability Consultant whilst continuing to work for RGU as an Associate Lecturer. In addition to this he holds an MSc in Oil & Gas Engineering (The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen), which enabled him to work for RGU as a lecturer and then Course Leader in Drilling and Well Engineering for several years - teaching, coaching and supervising many masters students on various MSc programs. At RGU, he has delivered classroom-based training for major Oil & Gas operators in Algeria, Venezuela and Russia. He is also part of the team representing RGU on the Executive Leadership Programme in Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago.

Lecturer and course leader for the MSc Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering course in Mexico and the MSc Petroleum Production Engineering in-house.
