Duties and Responsibilities
Steph is a lecturer for the MSc Health, Safety and Risk Management programme, and is involved in the delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate and online programmes.
Previously employed as a Health and Safety Adviser within Higher Education for 11 years, prior to which having worked as a QC Chemist, a Biologist and as an Asbestos Analyst and Surveyor.
Has a BSc (Hons) from Aberystwyth University, a PgDip HSRM from Strathclyde University and an MSc HSRM from RGU. Currently working on her PhD Project (2017-2022) with the Aberdeen Business School on management leadership styles and safety outcomes in the offshore oil and gas industry.
