Duties and Responsibilities
Tim Conner is a Lecturer on the Publishing Studies programmes which has 2 undergraduate and 2 postgraduate courses. From May 2002 to March 2003, he was Acting Course Leader for the undergraduate courses. In 2002-2003 and 2006-2007 he was Course Leader for the postgraduate courses, delivered both on-campus and online through the CampusMoodle.

His research interests include supervision of postgraduate students undertaking an MSc in digital media and electronic publishing.
He provides consultancy for the National Trust of Scotland for a number of properties and for regions across Scotland. This role has involved the delivery of electronic publishing solutions for many of the properties. In many cases this has been in an advisory role in the North East and Highland region.
Consultancy for the Scots Language publisher Itchycoo for the creation of a digital media product to increase distribution of their titles and also support their target audience in the form of a value added multimedia rich product.
