Research title: The Allocation of Risks in the Context of Saudi Aviation Construction Projects
Start date: February 2013
Despite the fact that the Saudi government has directed high expenditure to infrastructures relating to the air sector, a significant number of risks can be found in these projects. The risks associated with Saudi aviation construction projects have notable consequences in the case of such projects. Consequently, the effect of these risks is seen clearly in the outcomes of the projects, such as through time delays and cost overruns.
The aim of this research is to develop a framework for proper risk allocation strategy within General Presidency of Civil Aviation (GACA) projects.
