Quantity Surveyor

It is the role of the Quantity Surveyor to ensure that costs are minimised but quality and standards are not compromised. A clear understanding of building regulations is vital to ensure that all required standards are met. They will monitor all expenditure during the costs, managing the initial budget to the final figures.

Typical starting salary: £20,000 - £25,000 
Average salary range (UK): £20,280 - £50,440
