The promotion of an applied health research expert at Robert Gordon University (RGU) to a newly created Clinical Professor role with NHS Grampian will see the two organisations collaborate more closely on research and knowledge exchange activities, to the benefit of patients and the wider community.
RGU has received a boost this week with the news that the Scottish Government’s new Chief Scientific Advisor Marine has chosen to be based at the university’s School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences.
RGU is set to host an event on the importance of human factors being recognised in the nation’s healthcare system, with a seminar held in partnership with the Clinical Human Factors Group (CHFG).
