These short courses can be provided as company-only courses, which can be used to develop specific skills, introduce or reinforce ways of working, explore company challenges or build teams.

Alternatively, some are run as open courses that enable delegates to discuss and learn from participants from other companies and sectors; hence, providing a wider perspective and support network.
