We have a zero tolerance approach to sexual violence and harassment. All staff, students, and visitors to our campus can report something anonymously or get support from an advisor.

Inclusion Centre

For students with a disability, the Disability and Dyslexia Service has information and other support and advice.

Our Student and Wellbeing Service can offer you the opportunity to talk through your problems, help you understand them and discover strategies to resolve or minimise them.

We ask all staff and students to disclose personal information around ethnicity, gender, faith and sexual orientation to enable the University to identify any barriers that students and staff may face in work or study at RGU. 

Dignity at Work and Study

The Dignity at Work and Study Policy covers both staff and students and identifies clearly the types of behaviours which constitute bullying and harassment overall and in relation to each of the equality protected characteristics. The policy also identifies sources of help and support for staff and students and outlines the process for reporting any breaches of the policy.
