Team Aberdeen-Ambassadors is hosting a drop in session in August where Robert Gordon University (RGU) staff can find out more about its conference support service for the region.
A partnership between RGU, the University of Aberdeen, VisitAberdeenshire, James Hutton Institute and Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC), Team Aberdeen-Ambassadors aims to increase the level of national and international association conferences being held in Aberdeen City and Shire.
It supports individuals in bringing professional associate conferences to Aberdeen by providing a range of services from the research stages to event organisation.
The drop in session will be held on Wednesday 24 August at 10.30am and 2pm at the AECC.
Staff who attend the drop in session will be able to:
- Hear how Team Aberdeen-Ambassadors can help bring conference to the city
- Find out the benefits of working with Team Aberdeen-Ambassadors
- Take advantage of the unique opportunity to see an international conference in action at the AECC
Bookings for the sessions are to be made by Friday 12 August, stating which session staff wish to attend.
