Gold-rated University

The Robert Gordon University has been awarded a prestigious Gold rating in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) for its consistent delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and outcomes for its students.

RGU is also ranked as the top university in Scotland and 4th equal in the UK (of non-specialist higher education institutions) with 97.6% of graduates entering 'Employment or Further Study' within six months of graduation - Destination of Leavers in Higher Education Survey 2016-17.

Amongst the top 10 European universities for its Graduate Employability Rate

Of the 495 institutions included in the Rankings, which look at which universities worldwide are doing the most to help their graduates by offering the best employment prospects, RGU is ranked 34th in the world for its Graduate Employability Rate; higher than institutions such as Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge.

Furthermore, RGU also ranked 69th and 74th= in the world respectively (out of 300 institutions) for the Academic Reputation and Employer Reputation measures in the subject rankings for ‘Pharmacy and Pharmacology.
